Ranveer Singh reveals Ranbir Kapoor’s reaction to his performance in Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani

Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt have been travelling to multiple cities across India to promote their film Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani. Ar a media interaction in Chandigarh, Singh revealed what Ranbir Kapoor said about his performance after he saw the film at a special screening held by Karan Johar for members of the film fraternity.

Singh shared, "The other day Ranbir saw our film Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani with us, it was so lovely to hear from somebody whose craft I admire so much. He was like ‘It’s not that you’ve played Delhi guy before but there was absolutely no similarity’. Ranbir was really appreciative."

Kapoor was a part of Johar’s last directorial Ae Dil Hain Mushkil (2016). Rocky aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani is directed by Johar and produced by Dharma Productions and Viacom18 Studios. The film also stars veteran actors Jaya Bachchan, Dharmendra and Shabana Azmi.
