‘Real Hero of Cop Universe’, Deepika Padukone on Being Shakti Shetty

Rohit Shetty is gearing up for a high-octane action entertainer, the film which is a part of Shetty’s cop will for the first time have a female cop on board played by Deepika Padukone as Shakti Singh who symbolizes female power in Shetty's cop universe, a powerful and empowering addition to the cinematic landscape.

The moment the makers unveiled Padukone's first look from Singham Again, fans erupted in excitement, flooding social media with admiration for the global star. Hailed as the “real hero” of the cop universe, Shetty introduced audiences to his 'Lady Singham,' a character poised to challenge conventions and redefine the role of women in law enforcement narratives.

Apart from Padukone, Singham Again also stars Ajay Devgn, Akshay Kumar, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Ranveer Singh in key roles. The film is expected to release during Diwali 2024.
