Know all about Deepika Padukone as Shakti Shetty in Singham Again

Deepika Padukone has dropped her first look of her character in the upcoming cop franchise film, Singham Again. The actress who plays the first female cop in the franchise, shared her look wearing a uniform and wielding a gun. Sharing the pictures she wrote, "Introducing… Shakti Shetty! Singham Again."

A report in Bollywood Hungama, a few months back, quoted a source saying, "Deepika Padukone is all excited for Rohit Shetty's Singham Again. She will be playing the first female cop of the Rohit Shetty Universe and has already started prep work for this action-packed part. Deepika's character is more along the lines of a Lady Singham and has the arc of being Ajay Devgn's sister in the film."

Directed by Rohit Shetty, the film also stars Ranveer Singh and Ajay Devgn among others. The film is expected to release in 2024.
