After Gadar 2, Utkarsh Sharma Signs his Next titled Journey

Utkarsh Sharma who was last seen in Gadar 2 alongside Sunny Deol and Ameesha Patel is now preparing for his next titled Journey. The actor is preparing to shoot for the film in Benaras.

The muhurat ceremony for the film took place recently, marking the official commencement of the film. Journey features an ensemble cast, with the legendary actor Nana Patekar and other talented performers in pivotal roles.

Expressing his enthusiasm about this new chapter in his career, Sharma shared, "I'm genuinely thrilled that my new journey has begun, and the film itself is titled Journey. This script has been in the works for a few years, and it has evolved beautifully. The story is not just close to my heart but also resonates with the essence of every Indian. The film's shooting has commenced in Varanasi, he further adds,"Varanasi is known for its spiritual significance, and the atmosphere here is incredibly positive. When you have Lord Shiva's blessings and the city's divine energy with us, nothing can go wrong."

Sharma’s last release Gadar 2 recorded a lifetime box office collection of Rs. 525.45 Crores. The film directed by Anil Sharma is the sequel to the 2001 blockbuster Gadar: Ek Prem Katha.
