Thalaivar 170: Rajinikanth’s Next Is With Jai Bhim director TJ Gnanavel

Rajinikanth is currently shooting for his 169th film Jailer, directed by Nelson. This action comedy boasts an ensemble cast of Shiva Rajkumar, Tamannaah, Mohanlal and Ramya Krishnan. While the film is still under production, Rajinikanth’s next film has already been announced. The superstar is all set to work with TJ Gnanvel of Jai Bhim (2021) fame for Thalaivar 170. 

Lyca Productions took to Twitter to announce the same, marking the occasion of their Chairman Subaskaran’s birthday. Notably, Rajinikanth and Lyca Productions have previously collaborated for Darbar (2020) and Kaala (2018). Anirudh Ravichander, who is composing music for Jailer, has been roped in to score for Thalaivar 170 as well. The makers are planning to release the film in 2024.
