Siddharth Anand to produce Saif Ali Khan’s web series directed by Robbie Grewal
Anand himself directed Khan over a decade ago in Ta Ra Rum Pum and Salaam Namaste
Siddharth Anand and Saif Ali Khan may team up after a decade in an action-thriller series produced by the former, reported Times of India. The untitled venture will supposedly be directed by Robbie Grewal who is known for Samay: When Time Strikes (2003) starring Sushmita Sen and his espionage drama Romeo Akbar Walter (2019) with John Abraham.
Khan and Anand previously worked on Salaam Namaste (2005) and Ta Ra Rum Pum (2007), both of which were directed by Anand.
The series will allegedly stream on Netflix. If the news is confirmed then this will be Khan’s second series on Netflix after Sacred Games (2018). Khan is currently gearing up for his next release Adipurush starring Prabhas.
