In a recent interview, Manoj Bajpayee spoke about his upcoming courtroom drama film Sirf Ek Bandaa Kaafi Hai, a story about an ordinary man, coming from an ordinary place who unknowingly puts his career and life in danger through the case he fights.
The actor also shared his experience working on the real life character PC Solanki, an advocate by profession, from whom Bajpayee’s character in the film is based upon.
“There are no similarities between me and PC Solanki as we come from different families with different upbringing. My job is to do the character, study the character, work on it, do all the rehearsal and preparation for it and do it well. This is what my endeavour is whenever I am playing any character. I am happy with the final product which everyone has seen, and they loved it and this is what I am most happiest about.”
Directed by Apoorv Singh Karki and written by Deepak Kingrani, Sirf Ek Bandaa Kaafi Hai also stars Ajay Soni and Nikhil Pandey in key roles. The film releases on May 23 on Zee5.
