Bandaa trailer: Manoj Bajpayee takes on a godman in this courtroom drama

The trailer for Manoj Bajpayee starrer Bandaa is released. Bajpayee took to his social media handle and shared the trailer with the caption, “One God man. And one extraordinary case. Witness the trial that captured the nation's attention, in #BandaaOnZEE5. Premieres 23rd May.”

The story follows Bajpayee, a lawyer as he fights a case against a godman. He’s fighting the case for a minor who was assaulted by the godman. 

Talking about his character in the film, Bajpayee said, “Portraying the role of P.C Solanki in Sirf Ek Bandaa Kaafi Hai has been an incredible experience as it is the inspiring story of an ordinary man who fought an extraordinary case against all odds for truth and justice. With the trailer out today, I hope that it appeals to the viewers and compels them to witness this story of victory and what all it took for P.C Solanki to achieve what he did.”

Bandaa is directed by Apoorv Singh Karki and also stars Ajay Soni and Kaustav Sinha. It will premiere on Zee5 on May 23.
