Angad Bedi Talks about his Next with R Balki Titled Ghoomer

During a recent media interview, Angad Bedi spoke about his next with director R Balki titled Ghoomer and also revealed his casting experience for director Soojit Sircar’s Pink (2016). "When I was in a single phase, I got Pink and I got that part without even testing for it. Shoojit Sircar told me that he just wanted to talk to me with the camera on. And he instantly cast me because of my energy. He said he wanted a good energy person who does something wrong. And now, recently, I finished two projects with R Balki. He took me without testing me. He said, 'Angad right now you're in a very selfless phase of life and I want my character to be very selfless. The character in the film becomes a hero when the girl becomes the hero. You have to make sure you make the girl a hero. At the moment, you're doing things for your wife and kids and that selfless phase brings you to this character.'

R Balki's Ghoomer stars Saiyami Kher opposite Bedi and the film also stars Abhishek Bachchan and Shabana Azmi. Kher plays a cricketer in the film while Bachchan plays her coach.
