Kangana Ranaut’s Next is Chandramukhi 2

Kangana Ranaut will be seen in her next Tamil film titled Chandramukhi 2, a sequel to the Rajinikanth and Jyothika Saravanan starrer Chandramukhi (2005) directed by P. Vasu. Ranaut will be essaying the titular role of Chandramukhi in Chandramukhi 2.

Ranaut will be seen playing the role of a renowned courtroom dancer. Tamil actor Raghava Lawrence will be seen opposite Ranaut. Costume designer Neeta Lulla will take care of the film's costumes.

Ranaut will start shooting the film's first schedule in the first week of December. The actress will be taking a small break from her second directorial Emergency and the next schedule of Chandramukhi 2 will commence in January after the shoot for Emergency is complete.

Ranaut has a couple of films lined up for release including Tejas in which she essays the role of an Indian Air Force pilot and Noti Binodini.
