Ruben Östlund, who will preside over the Cannes jury this year, spoke about how his life affects his storytelling, and why his next film may be his most provocative so far. His latest film, The Triangle of Sadness, has been nominated for best film, best director and best original screenplay at the 95th Academy Awards. The film was awarded the Palme d’Or at last year’s Cannes Film Festival.
