Ek Villan Returns

Director Mohit Suri’s multi-starrer film Ek Villain Returns, a sequel to the 2014 release Ek Villain, isn’t drawing audiences to theatres in India. As per the Indian Express, Ek Villain Returns earned in the range of Rs 2.35-2.45 crore on its second weekday. Trade analyst Taran Adarsh had earlier tweeted, “EkVillainReturns Fri 7.05 cr, Sat 7.47 cr, Sun 9.02 cr, Mon 3.02 cr. Total: ₹ 26.56 cr. #India biz.”

According to the Indian Express, which quoted Box Office India, Ek Villain Returns is doing good business in the United Kingdom (UK) and if its earnings continue at the current pace, the film may overtake Jugjugg Jeeyo and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 in that market. Domestically, Ek Villain Returns saw a 66% drop in collections on Monday.
