Divyendu Sharma, who made his Bollywood debut with Luv Ranjan’s Pyar Ka Punchnama (2011), recently spoke about his relationship with Kartik Aaryan. Talking about working with Aaryan on their debut film, Sharma told the Indian Express, “He [Aaryan] was new, there was nothing to learn. In fact, I was teaching him. He just graduated from an engineering college. He was happy, and I used to feel good looking at his happiness.”
Since Pyar Ka Punchama, Sharma has been seen playing supporting characters in films like Toilet: Ek Prem Katha (2017) and Batti Gul Meter Chalu (2018). However, he’s best known for playing Munna Bhaiyaa in the streaming series Mirzapur. Meanwhile, Aaryan has seen a good run at the box office with hits like Pyar Ka Punchnama 2 (2015), Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety (2018), Pati Patni Aur Woh (2019), and most recently, Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 (2022).
