Aamir Khan: ‘I don’t believe in perfection’

Aamir Khan has been called a perfectionist for years, but while promoting his new film, the actor said he doesn't believe in perfection.

Speaking to IMDB, on its web show Best Interview Ever,  Khan said, "I don't believe in perfection because I find that beauty lies in imperfection. I don't think I'm a perfectionist. I think this tag was given to me by the media because I had a very long period in which I didn't have a film that didn't work." When asked what he considers worth chasing, he said, "What I really love is magic and a magical moment is much more attractive to me than something that is just perfect."

Khan also spoke about his career highlights and was seen with some of the most iconic props from his past films, including the cricket bat from Lagaan (2001) and Crime Master Gogo's black cape from Andaz Apna Apna (1994).

Laal Singh Chaddha is an official remake of Forrest Gump (1994) and stars Khan, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Naga Chaitanya. The film will release on August 11th.
