Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy Trailer Talk: A Mega Trailer Of Epic Proportions

If you had any doubts about the sheer scale of Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy, it's time to put all of it to rest. The trailer is out and it's all about the breathtaking visuals backed by some incredible production design. The trailer begins with a voice (Amithabh Bachchan) describing Narasimha Reddy as a brave, unstoppable man. A few seconds later, we literally see this in an amazing slow motion shot where we see Chiranjeevi crashing through a building, to reveal a splendid, angry "money shot". The scale of the film is very impressive with every wide angle shot featuring thousands of extras.

A shot of a series of carts showing up with the dead bodies of dozens of British soldiers is chilling, as is the shot of a child being thrown into fire transforming into Narasimha Reddy's rage. With plenty of colour and explosions, the massive action scenes look incredible and the extensive VFX that has gone into its making, is thankfully, not evident at all.

Add to it the 'mega' punchline he gets to deliver in English, when asked about his last wish, and you get a trailer that can get you counting the days for this film's release.

If the teaser gave you a glimpse of the impressive star cast, the trailer goes a step further to introduce us to the characters played by a cross-section of stars across industries including Amitabh Bachchan, Nayantara, Tamannaah, Vijay Sethupathi and Sudeep.

Amit Trivedi replaced AR Rahman to compose the film's music while Rathnavelu replaced Ravi Varman as the cinematographer.

Distributed in Hindi by Excel Entertainment, director Surender Reddy's ambitious film, produced by Ram Charan, releases on October 2nd in Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Malayalam.
