Nayanthara: Beyond The Fairy Tale Teaser: Inside The Screen Icon's Wedding

Nayanthara, who has been working in Tamil cinema for over 15 years now, often goes by the tag 'Lady Superstar' in the industry. "I don't understand the tags. I don't understand the titles. I'm just a normal girl who wants to give her 100 per cent in whatever she does," the actress says with a smile, comprehending her stardom in the teaser of Nayanthara: Beyond The Fair Tale, an upcoming Netflix documentary.

The documentary, which aims to dig deep into the actress's stardom in the south film industries, will also detail the events that lead up to her dreamy wedding with filmmaker Vignesh Shivan. "More than Nayanthara (the star), she is a wonderful human being," Shivan says in the teaser, which shows us behind-the-scenes glimpses of their wedding festivities.

The actress wed her long-time boyfriend and fiancé Shivan in an elegant wedding ceremony in Chennai in June, earlier this year. The duo has collaborated in films including Naanum Rowdy Dhaan (2015), and the recently released Kaathuvaakula Rendu Kaadhal (2022).
