Saptha Sagaradaache Ello explores the story of Manu and his lover, characters played by Rakshit Shetty and Rukmini Vasanth. Based on the teaser, they are distanced due to circumstances but are deeply in love with each other.
Though the teaser portrays more about the love the lead pair shares, there is this intense background music that keeps hinting at a danger that's not far away. While the glimpse video does not reveal why they live apart or does not show major conflict points, there are shots of blood, a prison backdrop, and others.

In addition, the makers have earlier released a poster featuring Rakshit Shetty in a different "Ten years later" look. He had undergone a physical transformation and also sported a salt-and-pepper beard. His look adds to the dramatic tone of the music in the teaser. He will be seen in this look in the second half of the film. So, the teaser seems to be showing visuals from the first half. Interestingly, the new look of Manu suggests that the storyline might also take a leap in time, with the second half taking place a decade later.
