Esthappan (Mohanlal in Lucifer) is here in a short 30-second teaser and the first impression is super impressive.
A back shot of the actor dressed in white is shown as he walks into a court's corridor lined by dozens of staring policemen and lawyers. The music is ominous when a voice over begins. A priest can be heard asking Esthappan if he would like to make one last confession…just in case he doesn't return.
To which, Esthappan says, "I can only confess for the sins I have committed father…not for the ones I'm going to commit." It sounds like its from cinematic punch line heaven!
