Streaming platforms are notorious for their lack of transparency, allowing them to quote numbers that are tough to verify. Ormax Media, a media consulting firm, however, has been tracking viewership figures of the top releases across major platforms.

Here’s a list of the most-viewed shows and movies from the Indian streaming space during the week of June 5th to June 11th, 2023. The numbers are estimates based only within India. This list does not include any streaming releases from the South.

1. Asur - Jio Cinema

Views (million): 7.0

Barun Sobti, Arshad Warsi, Amey Wagh, and Riddhi Dogra reprise their roles in the second season of this psychological thriller series about a forensic expert who tracks down murderers.

2. Bloody Daddy - JioCinema

Views (million): 5.8

When an officer (Shahid Kapoor) cracks down on the narcotics trade, a drug lord (Ronit Roy) kidnaps his son. The film, directed by Ali Abbas Zafar, also stars Sanjay Kapoor and Diana Penty.
