Yash’s Next Film Titled ‘Toxic’

Yash, who catapulted into Pan-Indian stardom with the KGF franchise has been tight-lipped about his next outing for a year since the blockbuster success of KGF Chapter 2 (2022). The actor has finally announced his next film titled Toxic (2025), which is being written and directed by award-winning Malayalam filmmaker Geethu Mohandas. The team released the title poster which featured the actor wearing a cowboy hat and holding a gun in hand. The title announcement video featured Yash smoking a cigar accompanied by a rousing score that dissolves into the title of the film. The song in the background “He’s a fix of #TOXIC you’ve never had” was sung by Shruti Haasan, who also penned the lyrics. The music was composed by Jeremy Stark.

The actor took to his social media handles to share the motion poster with the caption,“‘What you seek is seeking you’ - Rumi. A Fairy Tale for Grown-ups #TOXIC.”. Toxic is being bankrolled by KVN Productions and Monster Mind Creations. The director Geethu Mohandas is known for critically acclaimed films like Liar's Dice (2013) and Moothon (2019). Toxic is slated to be released on April 10, 2025.
