Yaariyan 2 Teaser: Divya Khosla Kumar starrer is a coming-of-age rom-com drama

Divya Khosla Kumar dropped the teaser of Yaariyan 2, a remake of the Malayalam film Bangalore Days (2014). The film stars Kumar, Meezaan Jafri and Pearl V Puri who makes his Bollywood debut with this film. 

The film features Kumar, Jafri and Puri as three cousins who share a close friendship as well. The teaser shows the three central characters navigating the highs and lows in their personal lives, as they attempt to find love and hold on to their friendship. 

Yaariyan 2 also stars Yash Daasguptaa, Warina Hussain, Anaswara Rajan, and a special appearance by Priya P Varrier. T-Series shared the teaser of the film on their social media page with the caption, “Get ready to go on a journey of family to friends, friends to best friends & best friends picking us up in sad times! It's time to witness the yaari of #Yaariyan2 Teaser out now. In cinemas on 20th October.”

Kumar had earlier directed Yaariyan (2014), a  coming-of-age romance film starring Himansh Kohli, Rakul Preet Singh and Nicole Faria.

Yaariyan 2 is produced by Kumar, Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, and Aayush Maheshwari. The film is directed by Radhika Rao and Vinay Sapru and will release theatrically on October 20.
