Wamiqa Gabbi to Collaborate with Varun Dhawan in Atlee’s Next

Wamiqa Gabbi has confirmed that she will be sharing screen space opposite Varun Dhawan in a film being co-produced by Atlee and Murad Khetani. The film will be directed by Kalees who made the Tamil film Kee (2019). The film which is currently referred to as #VD18 also stars Keerthy Suresh.

Sharing her joy about being a part of this film Gabbi said, "I am thrilled and grateful to be a part of this project. The opportunity to work alongside Varun Dhawan and Keerthy Suresh is definitely something I’m looking forward to. I have been looking and waiting to do a full commercial Hindi project and this is just it. And I’m really excited to be working and collaborating with Murad sir and Atlee.”

Gabbi has been a part of shows like Grahan (2021), Mai (2022) and Jubilee which started streaming this year on Prime Video. The actor will be seen in Vishal Bhardwaj’s debut OTT series Charlie Chopra which will stream on SonyLiv, and the film Khufiya, also directed by Bharadwaj, which will stream on Netflix.
