Mythri Movie Makers is in talks to reunite the Arjun Reddy combo for a film soon, according to producer Ravi Shankar. The production company and the actor-director duo have reportedly been in active talks for a while.
Vijay Deverakonda's Kushi directed by Shiva Nirvana is up for a grand release this friday. The film is also bankrolled by Mythri Movie Makers and as a part of the film's promotions, actor Vijay Deverakonda and producer Ravi Shankar participated in a Q&A interaction with fans. When the producer was asked about the chances of collaborating with the actor for another film, he replied, "We will definitely do that. We are trying to make a film with Vijay Deverakonda and Sandeep Reddy Vanga. If at all a film happens in this combo, we assure that, it will be on a different level."
He also added that it would definitely not be a soft-genre film. If the film materialises, it will become Vijay Deverakonda's third collaboration with Mythri Movie Makers after Dear Comrade (2019) and Kushi (2023).
After Kushi, Vijay Deverakonda has a film directed by Gautam Tinnanuri of Jersey-fame and Parasuram Petla coming up. On the other side, director Sandeep Reddy Vanga is now busy with Animal starring Ranbir kapoor, his immediate next with Prabhas titled Spirit and a project with Allu Arjun.
