Varun Tej's Next Titled Operation Valentine

We had previously reported that Varun Tej and Manushi Chhillar will be starring in a film centered on Indian Air Force. The makers of the film announced the film's title and release date on Monday. Titled Operation Valentine, the film will be released in theatres on December 8.

The film is reportedly inspired by true events and will see Varun, who will be making his Hindi debut with the film, play an Indian Air Force Pilot, while Manushi will essay the role of a radar officer. The makers state that the patriotic film is shot simultaneously in Hindi and Telugu.

The official press statement reads, "Operation Valentine is a patriotic, edge-of-the-seat entertainer and will showcase the indomitable spirits of our Air Force heroes on the frontlines and the challenges they faced as they fought one of the biggest, fiercest aerial attacks that India has ever seen."

The film is produced by Sony Pictures International Productions and Sandeep Mudda from Renaissance Pictures and co-produced by Nandakumar Abbineni and God Bless Entertainment. The film marks the directorial debut of Shakti Pratap Singh Hada, who co-wrote the film with Aamir Khan and Siddharth Raj Kumar.
