Varun Dhawan to start shooting his next with Jawan director Atlee

Varun Dhawan will start shooting for his film with Atlee Kumar from July 16, reported the Times of India. The film will be produced by Kumar and directed by Tamil director Kalees. It is touted to be an action entertainer and a remake of Kumar’s film Theri (2016).

A source told the media outlet, “Varun Dhawan will start shooting for his Atlee film from July 16. The first schedule of the film is going to be shot on a set in Mumbai. Atlee will be on sets barring for the action and song sequences.”

Dhawan recently completed shooting for Raj and DK’s Citadel and is promoting his next Bawaal directed by Nitesh Tiwari. The trailer of Bawaal was recently launched in Dubai.
