Shruti Haasan Begins Dubbing for Prabhas' Salaar

Shruti Haasan, who was last seen in Veera Simha Reddy and Waltair Veerayya earlier this year is gearing up for her next film Salaar, in which she's paired opposite Prabhas. This Prashanth Neel directorial is in its post-production stage and Haasan recently shared in her social media handles that she is dubbing for the film.

Haasan is dubbing for her character in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi versions of the film. The film is expected to be released in theatres on September 28. Salaar Part 1: Ceasefire is produced by Vijay Kiragandur under the Hombale Films banner. It co-stars Prithviraj Sukumaran, Jagapathi Babu, Sriya Reddy, Easwari Rao, Tinnu Anand and Madhu Guruswamy.

Neel's regular collaborators Bhuvan Gowda, Ravi Basrur and Ujwal Kulkarni return as the cinematographer, music composer and editor respectively. There have been speculations that the film could be set in the KGF world, acting as a lead to a planned cinematic universe.
