Shaitaan Crosses 50 Crore Mark at the Box Office on Day 3, Ajay Devgn and R Madhavan starrer eyes for 100 Crores Over the Weekend

Ajay Devgn and R Madhavan starrer Shaitaan has crossed the 50 crore mark at the box office. The film had an unexpected opening weekend as it has earned Rs. 53.50 crores in just three days of its release.

Directed by Vikas Bahl, Shaitaan released in cinemas on March 8 starring Devgn, Madhavan, Jyothika and Janki Bodiwala in important roles. The film is a supernatural thriller with Madhavan playing the antagonist, Devgn and Jyothika are a couple who constantly struggle to rescue their daughter played by Bodiwala from Madhavan’s black magic.

For the uninitiated, Shaitaan is a remake of a Gujarati film Vash (2023). The film is jointly produced by Devgn, Jyoti Deshpande, Kumar Mangat Pathak and Abhishek Pathak.
