Shah Rukh Khan’s Don 3 Confirmed: Farhan Akhtar finishing the script

Ritesh Sidhwani has confirmed that Farhan Akhtar is working on a script for Don 3, reported Press Trust of India. The Shah Rukh Khan starrer franchise has been awaiting a much-anticipated third installment.

"Till my partner (Akhtar) finishes writing it, we won't do anything. Right now, he is in the phase of completing the script... Even all of us are eagerly waiting to see Don," Sidhwani told PTI.

Don (2006) and Don 2 (2011) were both directed by Akhtar and starred Priyanka Chopra Jonas opposite Khan. Om Puri and Boman Irani have also had prominent roles.
