Lehar Khan, who was a part of Shah Rukh Khan's team of vigilantes in the recently released Jawan, has shared her experience of working with the actor. In an interview with IndiaToday.in, Khan revealed that while Shah Rukh didn't sit down and offer tips, there was a lot she learnt by just observing him on the set.
Khan said, “I think he's a big believer in the fact that every actor should find their own way. He didn't give any straightforward tips but I learnt a lot by just observing him. One thing is that he rehearses a lot. He rehearses his part till the time he perfects it. And then he gave his takes. He doesn't waste many takes. You can see that he is very experienced. He still has that passion in him. The second thing I learnt was to have that liveliness in me as an actor, just like him. I just want to work hard and make my character look different. Something about it should stand out.”
Jawan stars Shah Rukh, Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi in the lead roles with a special appearance by Deepika Padukone. The film's supporting cast includes Khan, Sanya Malhotra, Priyamani, Ridhi Dogra, Sunil Grover, Girija Oak Godbole, Sanjeeta Bhattacharya and others. The film is directed by Atlee and released theatrically on September 7.
