Shah Rukh Khan and Thalapathy Vijay in a Dual Hero film confirms Atlee

In a recent interview with a YouTube channel, Atlee revealed that he will soon be working with Shah Rukh Khan and Thalapathy Vijay for his next which apparently shall be a dual hero film.

While shooting for 'Zinda Banda' with Khan in Chennai, Atlee said that he invited Vijay on the set where he met Khan and their union transformed into the idea of a film.

"I called Vijay Anna and invited him to the party, and he said he would make it for sure. So, when he came, Shah Rukh sir and Anna discussed between themselves and called me. Shah Rukh sir told me if I ever have plans of directing a dual hero film, they both are ready for it. Vijay Anna also said, ‘Ama pa’. So, I am working on it. It could be my next film. I am working very hard to come up with a script for it. Let’s see," Atlee said.

Atlee’s last directorial was the Khan starrer Jawan which recorded a lifetime collection of Rs. 643.87 crores. The film also starred Nayanthara, Vijay Sethupathi, Deepika Padukone, Sanya Malhotra, Priyamani in key roles. Jawan released in theatres on September 7.
