Samantha Ruth Prabhu’s Shaakuntalam to stream on this platform

Shaakuntalam starring Samantha Ruth Prabhu is finally coming to a streaming platform. The Gunasekhar directorial was released in April but failed to make a mark at the Box Office.

The mythological film looks into the story of Shakuntala and King Dushyant from Mahabharata. Plenty with divine curses, drama, and romance the epic story is one for the masses. 

The film marked the acting debut of Allu Arjun’s daughter Allu Arha who portrays the role of Prince Bharat. 

Shaakuntalam also stars Dev Mohan, Aditi Balan, and Kabir Bedi. The film is streaming on Prime Video. The platform shared the news on social media with the caption, “get ready to witness an epic and timeless tale of love that transcends all boundaries #ShaakuntalamOnPrime, watch now.”
