Santhanam’s Kick To Release in September

Santhanam, who is basking in the success of DD Returns, will next be seen in Kick, which is touted as a romantic comedy featuring the rivalries between two lovers, who are working in competing advertising companies. The makers have released a new poster announcing the film's release date as the 1st of September. 

Written and directed by debutant Prashant Raj, the trailer which was unveiled six months ago promises some old-school fun involving clueless henchmen and mistaken identities. Kick also features Tanya Hope, Senthil, Mansoor Ali Khan, Kovai Sarala and Thambi Ramiah. The film is being bankrolled by Naveen Raj under his banner Fortune Films and has a musical score by Arun Janya. Whereas Sudjakar Raj and Nagooran Ramacharan have handled the cinematography and editing, respectively.
