Sandeep Reddy Vanga Awarded with Best Director Award at Dadasaheb Phalke Awards 2024
Vanga received the award for his film Animal headlined by Ranbir Kapoor
Filmmaker Sandeep Reddy Vanga received the best director award at the Dadasaheb Phalke award 2024 for his last release Animal starring Ranbir Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, Anil Kapoor and Bobby Deol in pivotal roles.
Animal which released on December 1, 2023 recorded a total of Rs.556.37 crores lifetime collection whereas the earned Rs. 917.82 crores globally.
Vanga made his directorial debut with Arjun Reddy in 2017 and also directed the Hindi remake Kabir Singh (2018) starring Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani. The director has already locked the script for the Animal sequel titled Animal Park.
