Saif Ali Khan starts shooting for Siddharth Anand’s Jewel Thief

Siddharth Anand is reuniting with Saif Ali Khan after 17 years for an upcoming project. Calling Khan his ‘first hero’, Anand took to his social media handle to share pictures with him from Budapest as they gear up for a project.

While the first photo sees the actor-director duo posing for the picture, the second glimpse sees them involved in a deep conversation. Though the name of the upcoming film is not mentioned, it is reported that the two are collaborating for Jewel Thief. Sharing the photos on Instagram, Anand wrote, “Back on set with my first hero! How can nothing change! Haha! Love you Saif!”

Previously, Anand and Saif have worked together in Salaam Namaste (2005) and Ta Ra Rum Pum (2007). According to media reports, this upcoming project, which brings together Anand and Khan, will be directed by Robbie Grewal and will be backed by Anand’s Marflix Pictures. The film is set to be a heist drama in the action genre and will be a direct-to-digital release.
