Roshan Mathew and Darshana Rajendran's Paradise Gets A Trailer

Roshan Mathew and Darshana Rajendran will be seen in the upcoming thriller Paradise. The duo previously shared screen space in films like C U Soon (2020) and Rani in Aanum Pennum (2021), a part of a three-film anthology. Paradise is directed by critically acclaimed Sri Lankan-based filmmaker Prasanna Vithange.

The film is set amidst the 2022 Sri Lankan political crisis. The film tells the story of a young Malayali couple whose trip to the island nation turns into a nightmare as unforeseen events unfold. Their relationship is put to the test, exposing hidden tensions.

The film's screenplay is written by Prasanna and Anushka Senanayake, with cinematography by Rajeev Ravi. A. Sreekar Prasad has edited the film, which has music composed by K (Krishna Kumar). Paradise has had its run at many major film festivals around the globe and also won the Kim Jiseok Award for the best film at the Busan International Film Festival 2023.
