Rajinikanth's Thalaivar 170 is now Vettaiyan, Makers Release Title Teaser

On the occasion of Rajinikanth’s birthday, the makers of his next film Thalaivar170 unveiled the title. The film, directed by TJ Gnanavel of Jai Bhim fame, is titled Vettaiyan, which means hunter. The announcement came with a title teaser that showed glimpses of the superstar in his latest avatar. The visuals are accentuated by a mass rap song composed by Anirudh.

Vettaiyan is written and directed by TJ Gnanavel and is backed by Subaskaran under the Lyca Productions banner. The film also stars Amitabh Bachchan, Fahadh Faasil, Rana Daggubati, Manju Warrier, Dushara Vijayan, Ritika Singh, Kishore, and others. Anirudh Ravichander handles the music, scoring for his fourth Rajinikanth film in his career after this year’s successful Jailer. Kathir and Philomin Raj act as the cinematographer and editor, respectively.
