Lakadbaggha honoured with German Star of India Vision Award 2023 at Stuttgart

Lakadbaggha, a vigilante action thriller streaming on OTT platform ZEE5, has been awarded the German Star of India 'Vision' Award 2023 at Stuttgart. The film, directed by Victor Mukherjee tells the story of a battle between ‘an animal lover vigilante and an animal abuser kingpin.’ The movie stars Anshuman Jha, Ridhi Dogra, Milind Soman and Paresh Pahuja. Lakadbaggha puts the spotlight on ‘ the underbelly of illegal animal trade and the inhuman treatment of the voiceless creatures.’

In addition to an important theme, the film also has impressive action sequences that have been designed by Kecha Kamphakdee, famous for his work in ‘Ong-Bak’. Lakadbaggha premiered at the Kolkata International Film Festival and had its International Premiere at the HBO South Asian International Film Festival
