Kartik Aaryan to receive a special honour at the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne 2023.

Kartik Aaryan will be honoured with the Rising Global Superstar of Indian Cinema award at the 14th Indian Film Festival of Melbourne (IFFM). This award is a recognition of Kartik’s talent, and his achievements in the field of cinema. 

The actor will receive the award at the festival's Gala night on August 11. The Governor of Victoria will reportedly hand over the award to Aaryan, whose rise to fame is unprecedented. The actor is also expected to speak to former film critic Rajeev Masand and share his journey from anonymity to superstardom.

The IFFM has emerged as one of the most popular Indian film festivals outside India. Each year, IFFM celebrates the ‘diversity and richness of Indian cinema, showcasing the talent and creativity of Indian filmmakers to a global audience.’
