Kanguva Teaser: Suriya Plays A Tribal Lord on A Rampage in This Fantasy Film

The makers of Suriya’s next film Kanguva released a teaser. Titled the ‘Sizzle Teaser’, the quick-paced video shows glimpses of the tribe that Suriya leads. Much like the title teaser, the setting is a foggy jungle, showing the tribe’s rituals. Hints of an inquisition from the mainland are shown with ships braving storms to attack the tribe. The inquisition seems to be led by Bobby Deol, who plays a character called Perumaachi. The final shot of the teaser shows an epic clash between Perumachi and Kanguva.

Kanguva is written and directed by Siva, who last helmed the Rajinikanth starrer Annaatthe. The film is backed by KE Gnanavel Raja under the Studio Green banner along with V Vamsi Krishna Reddy and Pramod Uppalapati under the UV Creations banner. The film also stars Disha Patani, Jagapathi Babu, Yogi Babu, and KS Ravikumar among others. Devi Sri Prasad handles the music while Vetri Palaniswamy handles the cinematography.
