Kaathal – The Core, starring Mammootty and Jyothika, To Hit The Screens in November

Mammootty will be next seen in the romantic drama Kaathal (2023) which will be his first time sharing screen with Jyothika. The actress is making her comeback to Malayalam cinema after a fourteen-year gap. She was last seen in Seethaa Kalyaanam (2009). Directed by Jeo Baby, the team released a new poster announcing the official release date for the film. The film will hit the screens on November 23.

Kaathal is based on a screenplay by the debutant writing team of Adarsh Sukumaran and Paul Skaria. Bankrolled by Mammootty himself under his home banner, Mammootty Kampany, the film has cinematography by Salu K Thomas and music by Mathews Pulickan.
