Jawan viewers will see trailers of Salaar: Part 1-Ceasefire and The Great Indian Family in theatres

Salaar: Part 1-Ceasefire stars Prabhas in the titular role and The Great Indian Family is headlined by Vicky Kaushal and Manushi Chhillar

Shah Rukh Khan’s Jawan is less than two weeks away from its September 7 release date. As per a report in Bollywood Hungama, when viewers come to watch Jawan, they may also get to see the trailers of two other highly anticipated films, Salaar: Part 1- Ceasefire, and The Great Indian Family

A source told the portal, “The highly awaited trailer of Salaar is expected to be out in the first week of September. If all goes well, it’ll be the second biggest blockbuster in September after Jawan. The makers will be sending the trailer to theatres across the country so that it can be played with Jawan.” Salaar: Part 1- Ceasefire, is directed by Prashanth Neel and stars Prabhas and Shruti Haasan. The film will be released theatrically on September 28. 

The other film whose trailer is likely to be released on the back of Jawan is Yash Raj Films’ The Great Indian Family, directed by Vijay Krishna Acharya. The movie, starring Vicky Kaushal and Manushi Chhillar in the lead roles, will be released in theatres on September 22. 

The source added, “The trailer of The Great Indian Family will also be out next week. Yash Raj Films (YRF) will be sending the trailer to all the theatres. The exhibitors will be asked to play it. The announcement video of the film has got a good response and moreover, it stars Vicky Kaushal, who just delivered a surprise hit in the form of Zara Hatke Zara Bachke. Hence, trade and exhibitors are looking forward to this film and will happily screen the trailer of The Great Indian Family.” 

Jawan is directed by Atlee and stars Khan, Nayanthara and Vijay Sethupathi in the lead roles, with a special appearance by Deepika Padukone and Sanya Malhotra. The movie’s supporting cast includes actors Priyamani, Ridhi Dogra and others. The movie will be released in theatres on September 7.
