Aditya Roy Kapur recently graced the Koffee With Karan Season 8 couch with Arjun Kapoor. The actor who was praised for his performance in the streaming series, The Night Manager, opened up about being replaced by Kartik Aaryan in the sequel of Aashiqui 2 titled Aashiqui 3.

When Karan Johar asked Aditya on being replaced by Aaryan, he responded, “I think he’s the perfect person to take the baton forward. There was no chance I could be in this because, in the second part, my character went for a long swim, from which he is not returning. I think it’s great. I died; where will I come back now? My spirit will come back.”
