First Look Of Dhanush-Sekhar Kammula's Kubera Out

While Dhanush is gearing up for the release of his sophomore directorial Raayan with more and more cast members being announced each week, he unveiled the first look poster and title of his next film with Sekhar Kammula. After the success of Sir, Dhanush is now acting in Kubera.

Previously titled DNS, the film’s title announcement teaser showed a painting of Shiva and Parvati on the wall of a temple. Filmed in the night with an orange, divine glow, the teaser shows Dhanush looking at the painting in awe and then turning to the camera, revealing his look for the film. He has a fully bearded and unkempt look, with messy clothes. With a rousing score by Devi Sri Prasad, the teaser then cuts to the title. Kubera is the Hindu God of Wealth.

Kubera is directed by Sekhar Kammula, who wrote the film along with Chaithanya Pingali. The film is backed by Suniel Narang and Puskur Ram Mohan Rao under the Sree Venkateswara Cinemas LLP and Amigos Creations Pvt Ltd. banners. It also stars Nagarjuna Akkineni, Rashmika Mandanna, and Jim Sarbh. Devi Sri Prasad handles the music for the film while Niketh Bommi cranks the camera.
