Deepika Padukone says Shah Rukh Khan is her lucky charm

Deepika Padukone's special appearance in Shah Rukh Khan starrer Jawan is winning her a lot of appreciation. In a conversation with The Week, Padukone spoke about her equation with Khan, whom she has worked with in films like Om Shanti Om (2007), Chennai Express (2013), Happy New Year (2014) and Pathaan.

Padukone said, “We are each other’s lucky charm. But honestly, we are beyond luck. We have a sense of ownership over each other. I am one of the few people he is vulnerable with. There is so much trust and respect, and I think that luck is just the cherry on the top."

Jawan is a Red Chillies Entertainment presentation, produced by Gauri Khan, co-produced by Gaurav Verma and directed by Atlee. The film released on September 7 in Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu languages.
