Dada Director Ganesh K Babu Turns Producer with Raven

Ganesh K Babu, who made his directorial debut with Kavin and Aparna Das's Dada, turns producer with Raven. Along with the announcement of the film, the director-turned-producer also launched his production house MG Studios.

Sharing glimpses from the pooja ceremony which was graced by Lalit Kumar and Kalaipuli S Thanu, Ganesh wrote on Twitter, "We are about to take the first step of our dream, and commenced the inauguration of our new Production company #MGStudios and our new movie project #Raven . Thanks to everyone, without you all this would have never been possible! @APVMaran"

Raven will be helmed by debutant Kalyan K Jegan and Ganesh will also pen the script for the film. While APV Maran serves as the co-producer, the film has music by Manu Ramesan, cinematography by Ravi Sakthi and editing by Kathiresh Alagesan. On the filmmaking front, Ganesh is working with Lyca Productions on his sophomore outing.
