Chiyaan 62: Vikram Joins Hands With Chithha Fame SU Arun Kumar

Chiyaan Vikram, who is awaiting the release of Dhruva Natchathiram and Thangalaan, will be joining hands with director SU Arun Kumar, who directed the recent hit Chithha (2023), which was appreciated for its sensitive portrayal of child safety. Vikram took to his social media handles to share the announcement video which features a scene from the film that takes place inside a police station.

The scene from the film tentatively titled Chiyaan 62 features a woman who comes to the station to register a complaint against two assailants. It is here a mystery man (Vikram) barges into the station and beats up the culprits. When a cop tries to stop him, he hints about one of his past deeds. The cop gets visibly scared learning his true identity and lets him walk away scot-free. Why is everyone scared of our mystery man?

The film will deal with an ordinary store owner with a dreaded past, who takes on the wrongdoers on his own terms. Bankrolled by HR Pictures, the film has music by GV Prakash Kumar.
