Anurag Kashyap and Ranjan Singh will soon be teaming up to adapt the short film Incognito, currently a contender for Academy Award Consideration, into a feature film.

Incognito is a story of a lonely motel receptionist who makes an extra buck by selling the hidden-cam videos of his unsuspecting guests on the internet. But when one such guest turns out to be a young girl at risk of being trafficked, he faces a crisis of conscience -- and a mission.

Incognito is written and directed by Ravi Muppa who is best known for the streaming series Bala (2019) and The Family Man (2019). His short film Valu (2019), premiered at the Oscar-qualifying Austin Film Festival.

Incognito is currently a contender for a 2024 Oscar, after being a featured selection at more than twenty international film festivals, including the Oscar-qualifying Palm Springs Shortfest, Tirana and LA Shorts. The short film is executive produced by Kashyap & Singh under Flip Films in addition to Nicholas Weinstock and Divya D'Souza of Invention Studios.
