Chemban Vinod Jose and Lukman Avaran will be leading the star cast of the comedy thriller film Anchakkallakokkan. The team released the trailer of the film recently which sets up the film to be a chamber piece happening mostly within the vicinity of an outpost police station along the Kerala and Karnataka border. The trailer hints at a quirky comedy heavy on some colourful action when two notorious thugs from the local town swear revenge on their father’s killer, who has still not been caught by the police.

Anchakkallakokkan is directed by Ullas Chemban with an ensemble supporting cast consisting of Manikandan R Achari, Megha Thomas, Merin Mary Philip, and Senthil Krishna.

The film is touted to be framed from the perspective of a newly appointed police constable, who is mentored by an older cop. Armo cranks the camera for this action-heavy entertainer, co-written by Vikhil Vinu and Ullas Chemban. Manikandan Ayappa handles the musical score for the film, bankrolled by Chemban Vinod Jose. Anchakkallakokkan is expected to hit theatres in the first half of 2024.
