Akshay Kumar’s Housefull 5 to go on Floors in January 2024

Akshay Kumar is all set to star in the next installment of Housefull, titled Housefull 5. This is the only franchise film which has its fifth installment. The rest of the cast is yet to be finalised but the makers have planned the film will go on floors on January 15, 2024 and is directed by Tarun Mansukhani.

A source close to Bollywood Hungama said that Sajid Nadiadwala and Akshay had approached Abhishek Bachchan and John Abraham to sign the film. However, both

Bachchan and Abraham couldn't make due to their dates, "While they were more than willing to come on board for Housefull 5, they were not able to allot bulk dates for Housefull 5," the source added.

Kumar is currently shooting for the Mudassar Aziz’ comic caper Khel Khel Mein in London. He has wrapped his cameo in Singham Again. His next is Udaan followed by Bade Miyan Chote Miyan and Sky Force.
