SS Rajamouli on Oscars: It Will Accelerate The Work on RRR Sequel

SS Rajamouli’s RRR is creating waves across the globe with the number ‘Naatu Naatu’ winning the Oscars for Best Original Song. As the fans enjoy this historic moment, the director’s recent announcement amps up the excitement. At an after-party in Los Angeles, Rajamouli admitted that the Oscar win will impact the second part. 

When Hollywood trade magazine Variety asked about the sequel, the director gleefully said, “Obviously, winning the Oscars will put some acceleration in the script.” Rajamouli’s father, veteran writer KV Vijayendra Prasad, is currently working on the sequel’s script. Meanwhile, music composer MM Keeravaani, who also attended the party with Rajamouli, said that it was a “tricky question.”
